    Diamantbids.com occasionally holds special events such as contests of sweepstakes.  For these events, Diamantbids.com may share your personal information with 3rd party organizers of the event.  The organizers will only be given the information needed to manage the event.  In some cases, these 3rd party organizers may send promotional materials regarding their products and services with the option to opt-out.

Credit Card Protection

    Diamantbids.com will only ship orders to addresses verified by the card issuing bank.  If unauthorized use of a credit card is suspected, we will suspend the order until it has been resolved.  If unauthorized credit card use should get past our security measures, your credit car company limits your liability to $50.  If this should happen, we will cover that $50 charge and help you resolve the issue with your credit card.

    Our diamonds come from some of the most respected suppliers in the diamond industry.  Like us, they proudly adhere to and enforce the standards and regulations established in the Kimberley Process.  Diamantbids.com has a zero tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds.  To learn more, visit diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free. If one of our suppliers was ever found to be in violation of that process, we would immediately sever that relationship. About The Kimberley Process

    Diamantbids.com fully supports the The Kimberley Process, an international program to track and certify diamonds.  As of 2003, the United States Congress passed a law adopting the Kimberley Process.  This requires that all diamond retailers located in the United States buy diamonds only from manufacturers who have documentation guaranteeing that their diamonds were obtained through legitimate channels.  Today, the US Customs Service actively enforces the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.  For further information, please read the White House statement on the passage of this law.
