 Are these actual photos of the diamond?

Ans:

All of our items have photos of the actual diamond unless stated in the photo description that it is not a photo of the actual diamond. What you see in the photo is what you will receive in the mail. However, our black diamonds or photos marked as “Not Actual Image of Diamond” are stock photos.

 What are those spots in the photo?

 Ans:

We strive to keep our actual diamond photos as accurate and true to life as possible. Once in a while, a dust speck or two may get past our photo inspections. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will inspect the physical diamond.

 The image looks dull. Does the actual diamond look dull?

 Ans:

No. All of our diamonds are bright and shiny with excellent fire. Sometimes our images appear dull because of the camera limitations. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will inspect the physical diamond.

 What magnification do you use for your photos?

 Ans:

The magnification of the final image varies from diamond to diamond. A tiny 0.05 carat diamond will appear the same size on your screen as a 6.00 carat diamond. The actual diamond dimensions are listed in the diamond description.

 How do you get such nice pictures of the diamonds?

 Ans:

We send our diamonds to professional photographers to take our diamond photos. Whatever magic happens behind their doors is a mystery to us.

 Can I get a photo of an item from another angle?

 Ans:

No. We do not have the facilities to take additional photos.
