 When will my order be shipped?

Ans:

You order will be shipped the same day (before 3pm EST) as we receive payment. Otherwise, it will ship the next business day. When we print your shipping label, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. Soon after, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

 How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

 Ans:

That depends on which shipping method you choose. Different carriers take different amount of time to deliver shipments. Domestic shipments are usually Next-Day business days to 7 business days from the shipping date to arrive. International shipments can vary depending on the country. It can take from 3 business days to 10 business days from the shipping date to arrive. However, for international shipments, due to circumstances out of our control, such as delays at the destination customs, shipments may be delayed.

 Is it safe to ship diamonds through the mail?

 Ans:

Yes. It is safe to ship diamonds through the mail. To be extra safe, choose Express Mail as your shipping method.

 How do I get my tracking number?

 Ans:

Once you have paid for your orders and we print out your label, your tracking number will be automatically sent to your eBay or PayPal registered email accounts.

 Is it safe to ship through Priority Mail International?

 Ans:

No. Although Priority Mail International offers tracking numbers, the activity is not updated by AUSPOST and is not reliable. For all international shipments, use Express Mail International. It is faster, safer and trackable.

 Is First Class mail safe to ship diamonds?

 Ans:

Yes, for orders below $100. A majority of our shipments are shipped through First Class mail, but please be sure to include insurance and signature required. Orders over $100 can not be shipped with First Class mail. Please select Priority Mail or better for orders above $100.

 Is insurance necessary?

 Ans:

Yes. We require that all shipments ship with insurance. Please be sure to add insurance to your shipping method.

 How much is domestic or international shipping cost?

 Ans:

 Can I have my item shipped to a different address?

 Ans:

Yes. We can ship your order to any address confirmed by PayPal or verified by your credit card issuing bank. If you want your order shipped to a new address, you must confirm the new address with PayPal or your credit card issuing bank BEFORE check out. Orders over $250 can not be shipped to an unconfirmed address.

 I spent over $500. Do I get free shipping?

 Ans:

Yes. We offer free shipping on single item or combined items invoice with totaling $500 or more.

 Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs?

 Ans:

Yes. You can save on multiple purchases by combining you order.

Can I combine auction and store bought items?

 Ans:

Yes. You can combine auction and store items.

How long do I have to combine multiple auction and/or store  items?

 Ans:

You have up to 7 days to combine your order. After 7 days, eBay systems will not allow to combine.

I won some items from you and I want to buy more to combine, but I received a payment reminder.

 Ans:

You can take your time to shop for more items. But the time to combine orders is determined by eBay. If you receive any payment reminder or payment dispute, ignore it and continue with your shopping.

 How much is combined orders shipping cost?

 Ans:

Multiple orders combined for shipping have a one time shipping cost (Based on shipping calculator).  There are no extra cost for any additional items.

 Do you ship International?

 Ans:

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world by AUSPOST or FedEx. We require a contact telephone number for all international shipments as required by the carriers to process the shipments faster.

Do you ship to A.P.O, F.P.O. or domestic or international P.O. Boxes?

 Ans:

Yes, we can ship to A.P.O, F.P.O. or domestic or international P.O. Box addresses through AUSPOST only.
