 What payment methods do you accept?

Ans:

For all orders, our preferred payment method is PayPal. We also accept credit card payments through the phone or email. For domestic orders, we accept personal checks, money orders or certified checks. For international orders, we accept international money orders or international cashier’s checks.

 How long will my shipment take if I pay by check?

 Ans:

soon as we receive your check and the bank clears it, your item will be shipped.

 Can I pay by wire transfer?

 Ans:

Yes.  For an additional $35 fee, we can accept payment through wire transfer.  Please contact us by email us at sales@diamantbids.com for more details.

 Do you charge sales tax?

 Ans:

 We charge 8.375% sales tax for items shipped to New York.

I have a for-profit/non-profit business in New York, am I still charged sales tax?

 Ans:

No.  We do not charge sales tax for any business orders.  You will need to send us a completed Resale Certificate ST-120 (6/99) to sales@diamantbids.com.
